Shipping policy

Delivery of products may not be refused by the customer once the order has been placed, and accepted by Mouser Pet Supplies. Customers are to ensure that all arrangements are made to accept delivery of the products whenever they are tendered for delivery. 

Freight & Handling Charge

Note:

• Zone 1: Sydney Metro
• Zone 2: major citiy metro including Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, etc. As well as some inner regional suburbs in NSW
• Zone 3: Regional Areas
• Zone 4: Remote Areas
• All prices are GST exclusive
• For freight charge to Outer Regional and Remote areas, please contact us at team@mouserpets.com
• Surcharge may apply to orders with bulky Items.

Vet Customers: $20 shipping fee applies when order under $300 Ex GST. Any orders over $300 Ex GST are free shipping. Selected products only.

Lead Time

• Next Day Dispatch

Once an order is placed via our online portal and payment made before 12pm (Sydney AEST), it will be dispatched in the next business day. If an order is placed after 12pm (Sydney AEST), an additional business day will be added.

• Transit Time

Note:

• Extra 3 days will be added to all remote areas.
• All lead times shown above are estimated ONLY, and they are subject to the operation of logistic companies.

Shipping

We use couriers for business deliveries and drop-shipped orders direct to your customers. For customers in Sydney, We use both couriers and our own drivers to deliver orders.

Please note that we do not ship to Po Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

All shipments will be dispatched with default Authority to Leave (ATL). It is the customers responsibility to write delivery instruction clearly, or notify us if special handling needed. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items that go missing in transit or after delivered.
