All orders must be placed through our website. You will need an active wholesale account and provide your billing and shipping information. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep our inventory up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated restocking date.

  1. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in AUD and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price listed and live shipping cost plus GST at the time of final invoices received. We do not offer price adjustments after order placed.

  1. Shipping

We offer nationwide shipping in Australia through a variety of carriers. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes. We do NOT offer shipping quote service, nor accept shipping labels from our business customers. All drop shipments are ATL( Authority to Leave), and NOT covered by any shipping insurance, as our carriers DO NOT provide insurance on our shipments. 

  1. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or products that have been used or damaged by the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned item.
